She has also completed a “baby boomer and beyond”, estate designation, as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). To better service homebuyers, Rebecca has also completed the real estate designation as an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR).
Previously an owner a of successful retail furniture and home decor store featured in Canada’s own “Style at Home” magazine Rebecca gained professional staging skills which she uses to help clients who are preparing their home for sale. As well, Rebecca is successful at helping clients with custom home building. She can help with finding the location, the builder and she is able to help with the details from floor plans to paint colours. Rebecca understands what makes a good house. As a wife and mother, she understands what makes a good home. She appreciates what your needs are when building, buying or selling a home.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science and a year of business studies, Rebecca has a strong business background from her experience as successful business owner and as marketing director with an international furniture company. With 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, Rebecca has both promotional expertise and strong negotiation skills that benefit her clients in the purchase or sale of their home.
Although originally from the Fredericton area, Rebecca has relocated many times, in order to meet career and family needs. Living in many cities and towns in within Canada and as far away as Mexico has given her a personal understanding of the challenges you might encounter when relocating with a family and finding your way in a new community.
